Show In Town. Yesterday we had the pleasure of meeting Hon. Cyrus Aid-rich, Aid-rich, of Minnesota, ou a brief visit to 'his city. Colonel Aldrich is an old friend of our worthy Delegate, Hon. V. II. Hooper, and has been a faithful faith-ful laborer in the public service. He sat in Congress for three terms, and served six years on the Indian committee, com-mittee, of which he was a prominent and efficient member. On his retirement retire-ment from Congress he was appointed oy 1 'resident. Lincoln a member of the Sioux Indemnity Commission. He was elected to tho Legislature of Minnesota Min-nesota during his absence in Boston as one of the corporators i f the Union I'aciiic R. It.: and has been postmaster postmas-ter of Minneapolis for nearly four ears, having been appointed by President Johnson. lie goes to Bingham caium this morning to look around him. expects !o return to-morrow, and will remain a few days iu the city.
