Show LISTENING TO lIE ASON The county court or some members of that body are it seems inclined to listen to reason and an order has been made requiring Mr Wilson to inquire into the cost of renting a temporary courtroom When this is done and a I report made it will be so apparent that the part of economy and good business I principles will be best subserved by abandoning the project to build an ad dition to the present county building that there will be nothing further done in the matter A majority of the members mem-bers of the court are men of sound 1 judgment they are capable businessmen business-men they can manage their own business busi-ness well and i stands to reason that they ought to follow the same rule In the conducting of the county business Under similar conditions they would not erect a building which at best must be a temporary affair when they could by renting temporary quarters tide over the difficulty and save money by doing so Wisdom always goes with the exercise exer-cise of true economy and in this instance in-stance the bestjinterest of the taxpayers taxpay-ers will be served by giving up the project to erect the addition |
