| Show THE A SUED Samuel McIntyre a Large Stockholder Stock-holder Wants 7210 Samuel McIntyre has begun suit against the Ajax Mining company to recover 7210 on two causes of action First it is alleged that the defendant is indebted to the plaintiff In the sum of 1200 for services rendered as general gen-eral manager of the mining properties of the defendent at the rate of 100 a month for the year 1896 For the second cause of action it is alleged that on Feb 1 1S95 Frank Salisbury sold and conveyed to the defendant an undivided half interest in the Champlain No2 and the Fraction Frac-tion mining claims In the Tlntlc mining district for a consideration of 17000 which sum the defendant It is alleged al-leged agreed to pay to Salisbury inconsideration in-consideration of the said sale and conveyance con-veyance of the property I is then alleged that on May 1 1S95 for a valuable consideration Salisbury sold assigned and transferred his claim for the amount to H M Ryan and I that on Sept 6 1895 Ryan sold and transferred to this plaintiff 6010 of the i said claim of 17000 and that the defendant j de-fendant accepted the assignment and I transfer and agreed to pay the amount to this plaintiff Wherefore on both I causes of action plaintiff prays for judgment for the sum named I |
