ALLEGES ADUITEEST John J Buehler Sues For Divorce O That Ground John J Buehler has filed suit for divorce di-vorce from Lucy Buehler alleging that the marriage took place at Los Angeles on June 17 1S91 And that on Aug 5 1898 Mrs Buehler committed adultery with a person unknown to the plaintiff at the residence of the plaintiff on Third South street In this city also that she visited houses of illfame and there committed adultery on numerous occasions He also charge that Mrs Buehler visited resorts and slaces where liquor is sold and frequently became be-came Intoxicated He further says she has left the city and deserted their two children He asks a decree of divorce and the custody of the children aged 7 and 4 years respectively
