THREATENS MURDER W Moser Wants to Slay His life Companion W Moser who several days ago complained com-plained that his wife had neglected Her sick child and was untrue to him walked Into police headquarters last night with the astonishing request that he be permitted permit-ted to kill both her and her alleged lover in case ho found them together It wasnt exactly a request eithtr for Moser said If I catch them together Ill drop em both Then he wanted tomow If it would be all nfcht Moser was told that if he didnt want his neck stretched tomodify the dropping business and use a club Or better still get a divorce With this warning warn-ing and advice he left the station Moser says his wife goes out with the other man every night and comes home at late hours which he doesnt propose to tolerate tol-erate
