County Clerk Dunbar was Count directed to invite such recommendations recommenda-tions Hon B T Lloyd Democratic 5 chairman chair-man and Hon V C Elchnor Repub lian chairman were present at the meeting and the appointments were made from lists submitted by them The Pomlsts had no personal representative repre-sentative before the board other than in County Commissioner Hal but nevertheless the minority party received re-ceived nil the recognition sought for and more S FEW REPUBLICAN DISTRICTS Only those dIstricts whichgave a Republican Re-publican majority for the candidate for congressman Iublcan two years ago received and inall other two Republc judge Inal districts the Democrats got two out of the three judge except where a Populist Popu-list was substituted lor a Democratic I lst judge The Fiftieth district is the only Reublicn district in lalt Lake City on the basis of the last general elec tion and Sand Herrman and less ton than a hal dozen other smaller districts dis-tricts
