Show ALLEGED HOLDUP i I ALLGED HOLDU Brown and Dunlap Charged With Highway Robbery A complaint sworn to by Fred Tim mins was yesterday lodged in Justice McMasters court charging W H Brown colored and Thomas Dunlap lth robbery Timmins is the streetcar street-car conductor who was held up by two men o the night of Nov 7 last and I he now charges that Brown and Dun lap are the parties who relieved him of a watch and chain valued at 30 an overcoat worth 20 and n pocketbook worth 75 cents Brown and Thomas were arrestet on suspicion of being concerned in the murder of Jacobson the Murray saloonkeeper saloon-keeper but nothfng tangible could be adduced against them on that charge They were however found guilty on a charge of petit larceny and sent to the county jai for 200 days Their sentence expires on March 21 and immediately im-mediately they are discharged they will be rearrested on the accusation of robber a warrant having been issued I Is-sued by Justice McMaster |
