direction rec tion of judge haight and select i man cook in grading highway no 1 between layton and kaysville Kays ville and was appropriated for a similar purpose to be used under the direction of selectman lee in districts nos 1 and 11 bountiful bountis ul bee inspector J P terry submitted his report which was waa read and filed it shows number of colonies inspected etc ile he also reported the tax of 5 cents per colony was not sufficient to pay the inspector the law provides that he shall receive 3 per day this would necessarily compel him to visit sixty colonies per day which is impossible for the inspector to do IV C call tendered his resignation as justice of the peace for bountiful ire precinct which was re accepted to take effect june the county attorney reported that the death of william page 0 causes a vacancy in the same office in south bountiful the clerk was instructed to write to the authorities of salt lake city and protest against said city unloading dg their vagrants on davis county county attorney pearson was authorized to procure copies copic s of the order in relation to animals being pa pastured stared and running at large arge on the highways for
