approximate age I ge brands and such other description as may aid in the identification of the animal amount of damage or penalty against said animal cost ot of driving poundage boundage tee fee feeding and advertising f it f fold eold he shall re register gister the cost of sale bala and for how much the animal w was as sold it the animal is claimed and taken away he e shall register the I 1 ti inace SEC 17 for di straining and impounding animals found running at large the marsal or police officer shall be enfiled to a reasonable compensation to be paid out of the city treasury ou on the order of the city council SEC 18 any person who shall permit any of his cattle horses mules sheep swine or goats to trespass upon the tb premises of another without the permission ol of the owner or occupant thereof shall be guilty of an offense lense of and liable to a fine in any sum not exceeding ten dollars for each a animal so trespassing tres passing and for all costs and damages SEC 19 all damages done by any animal trespassing tres passing shall be forthwith appraised and certified to in writing by any disinterested voter who may make a reasonable charge lor for such service such certificate shall seaforth set forth the time and place of the trespass amount of damage assessed the name of the person damaged kind of animal doing the damage with a fair description of the same so the amount agreed upon by any two ot of them shall be final it said owner shall neglect to pay or make satisfactory arrangements range ments to pay the amount thus agreed upon and all costs of 0 the
