that estimable woman The sad event took place shortly before 1 oclock this morniner after a lingering illness The deceased was the wife of Joseph Me Mnrrin who with five children survives her Mrs McMurrin was born at Glasgow Glas-gow Scotland on Feb 2 1825 and came to Utah in the handcart season in 1856 and had been a resident of this city over since that time The announcement I of the funeral will be made later She was a member of the Mormon church for forty years and died as she had lived a firm believer in that faith |
