Show A noble man gone to rest hyrum barlow died at his hi lome home at afton star valley last thursday evening at 9 after an illness ot of tour four weeks about seven years yeara ago he was taken down with typhoid fever and never afterwards entirely recovered from its effects he had always lived here until last may when lie he moved to the place where his hi death occurred the remains were brought to bountiful for burial on monday and the funeral services were held in the west wast bountiful meeting house bouse on tuesday at 11 a in elders foulger joseph call wm win mann C R jones lamoni call james A balentyne Balen lyne W W willey israel barlow john fisher benjamin ashby joseph kippen 1 I 11 II barlow and joseph wood spoke at the meeting there was an unusually large turn out he was president of the association at the time of his big death and had been a home missionary for the west bountiful ward the deceased was well known in this thi county and also in many other towns and liked and respected by all he seemed to more inore of the choicest traits of character than most young men do and on account of his goodness he be wi 11 ll be missed by his large circle of friends ho he wit wa thirty years of age on the of last august he leaves a wife and two children to mourn his loss joseph call and joseph burton burlon accompanied compa nied the remains down liere here nathan and grandville barlow and their sister minnie were down from chesterfield to attend the funeral |
