Show DAR Holds Meet The Sego Lily Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution met Aug. 24 at the home of Mrs. Ralph H. Davis (Anita), for the first meeting of the 1981-82 vear. A Lt'NCHEON was served and the members enjoyed getting get-ting acquainted. A business and report meeting was held and assignments for committee commit-tee work was given. Plans for the coming y ear was discussed with emphasis being focused on the state fall conference to be held Sept. 14 at the Whit-more Whit-more Library in Salt Lake City. Sept. 17-23 has been proclaimed proc-laimed Constitution week and commemorates the signing of the Constitution of the United States. This year, with the country commemorating the Bicentennial of the Surrender of General Cornwall at York-town, York-town, the Sego Lily Chapter is devoting the Sept. 21 meeting at Mrs. Mary Beesley's to the study of this great event in our national history. On Oct. 1 1 , the state society will hold a tea at the student lounge. Westminster College to commemorate this historic occasion. OFFICERS FOR the 1981-82 1981-82 years are Mrs. D.
