NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances at the north front door of the Davis County Court House, Farmint'ton, Utah, in the County of Davis on Tuesday, March 17, 1981 at the hour of 11:30 a.m. of said day: All of Lot 1 83, of Oak Forest No. 9, a subdivision subdivi-sion of part of Section II, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Meridian, in the city of Layton, according to the official plat thereof. (Street Address: 2422 North 2300 East, Layton, Utah 84041) The Trust Deed being foreclosed fore-closed by these non-judicial proceedings is dated November Novem-ber 28, 1979, and was executed by Douglas C. Williams and Rozanne L. Williams, husband hus-band and wife, as Trustors who are the present owners of said property.
