Another Good Man Gone to Canada I NEW YORK Dec 24 John Williams secretary of the RamelConley Iron and Steel company andj also representing the United States Sealed Postal Card company at 293 Broadway has not been seen at his office in three weeks and business busi-ness men who know him say he is confined con-fined in an insane asylum Edmund Huerstet treasurer of the Ramel Conlej company had obtained attachments against Williams for 4 000 money loaned In his affidavit Huerstet alleges that Williams as secretary of the Ramel company wilfully fully and fraudulently altered and appropriated appro-priated money te his own use
