Show ORDINANCE No. 270 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AMEND-ING THE EXISTING DAVIS COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE OR-DINANCE BY REZONING CERTAIN LAND FROM RESIDENTIAL R-1A TO RESIDENTIAL R-5 The Board of County Commissioners Com-missioners of the County of Davis, State of Utah, ordains as follows: 1. That the Davis County Clerk is directed to file a certified cer-tified copy of this ordinance in the Davis County Recorder's office; and that the Davis County Planning Director is hereby directed to amend the zoning map to conform to the provisions of this ordinance and to file a certified copy of the amended map in the Davis County Recorder's Office and in the Davis County Clerk's Office. 3. That in the opinion of the Board of County Commissioners Commis-sioners of Davis County this ordinance is necessaTy for the peace, health and safety of Davis County and the inhabitants inhabi-tants thereof; therefore, this ordinance shall become effective ef-fective immediately upon its passage and upon a copy being be-ing published in accordance with law, and upon a copy being deposited in the office of the Clerk of Davis County, Utah.
