Show Susie A. Wade Dies At 88 Years Susie Esther Amonette Wade, age 88, died August 1, 1982 in Bountiful of causes incident in-cident to age. SHE WAS born Oct. 5, 1893 at Pickett County, Tennessee, the daughter of John Louis and Louverna Katherine Boring Amonette. She married Paul Wade June 5, 1921 at Kelsby, Tex. The marriage was solemnized solem-nized Aug. 10, 1935 at the Logan LDS Temple. She was active in the LDS Church. She served in many callings including president of Primary and MIA, service in Relief Society and Sunday, choir leader. She taught school at an early age. SHE IS survived by her husband hus-band Paul of Bountiful, 9 children, chil-dren, sons, Alfred B., Ogden; E. Gene, Mesa, Ariz.; Rowan B., Layton, J. Louis, Ogden; daughters, Mrs. Scott E. (Reg-ina) (Reg-ina) Hooton, Mesa, Ariz.; Mrs. Neil (Leotha) Slagowski, Bountiful; Mrs. Plas M. (Pauline) Brooks, Mesa, Ariz. ; Mrs. Alden T. (Eva Nell) Arbon, Chino, Calif.; and Mrs. Robert C. (LaRee) Mitchell, Bountiful. Also 48 grandchildren and 38 great-grandchildren, a sister, sis-ter, Mrs. Orson L. (Maude) Marshing of Price. Mrs. Wade !y yS i ' "f "A SUSIE A. WADE was preceeded in death by four brothers and five sisters, a son-in-law and a great-grandchild. FUNERAL services will be held Friday, Aug. 6 at 2 p.m. at the Bountiful 36th Ward Chapel, 102 East 1400 S. Friends may call Thursday evening 6-8 and Friday at the church from 12:45-1:45.
