Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 23rd day of August, 1982 12:00 o'clock noon at the North Door of the City and County Building in Farming-ton, Farming-ton, Utah, in the County of Davis, bv WESTERN SAVINGS SAV-INGS AND LOAN COMPANY, COM-PANY, as Beneficiary and Trustee under that certain 1 1 " Deed of Trust executed by Charles B. Clark and Sally T. Clark, husband and wife, as Trustor(s), recorded June 5 1979, as Entry No. 534083, in Book 773, at Page 68, of the Official Records in Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor ot Western Savings and Loan Company, by reason ot the breach of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded re-corded April 19, 1982, as Entry No. 613374, in Book 899, at Page 634, of said Official Records. Re-cords.
