"Androcles and the Lion" tells of a poor slave who helps a lion when he is hurt. Later, when the boy is in trouble, the lion returns the favor. "THE PLAY is set in 16th Century Italy," Mr. Adix commented, com-mented, "but it is a modern - adaptation so the language is very easy to understand. And the great thing is that it's the Next production of the Young People's Theater on Lee's Main Stage at Pioneer Memorial Theater is "Androcles and the Lion," scheduled for Jan. 30-Feb. 2.
