Show Jlyrum P 1olsora Arrested Hyrum B Folsorn of the Nineteenth Ward was arrested yesterday morning by Deputies Grconman Cudihe and Glenn on a warrant charging unlawful cohabitation with Nancy B Folsom and Anna Lindsay Folsom between July 1st 1833 and Jane 1st 15G These indies with two or three children were subpoenaed before the Commissioner when their bonds were fixed at 2oO requiring re-quiring them to go before the Grand Jury Mr Folsom sought Mr Varian and told him he would testify before that body himself He did not wish to have his family subjected to the annoyance an-noyance The Grand Jury which was in session looking into the Villard Snow case accordingly Lean his statement and doubtless found an indictment Whether it contains more than one count it is impossible to learn Mr Folsoms bonds were fixed at 1000 and those of his wives were raised to 500 each after he had testified L ti Hills and G R Jones became his sureties I |
