firm or corporation whoa shall within the corporate limits lim-its of said city directly or indirectly indi-rectly in person or by another sell barter or otherwise dispose of or permit to be bartered or delivered for or on his account any spirituous vinous or malt liquors after the I hour of 10 oclock pm or before the hour of 0 oclock aim on any day of the week shall on conviction be fined in any sum not to exceed ninetynine dollarsor be imprisoned for a period not to exceed one hundred hun-dred days or both such fine and imprisonment im-prisonment at the discretion of the i court SEC 2Any person firm or corporation cor-poration who shall directly or indirectly indi-rectly in person or by another sell barter or otherwise dispose of any i spirituous vinous or malt liquors on the first day of the week commonly com-monly called Sunday except he be the keeper of a drug store and then only for medicinal purposes on the 1 prescription of a i egularly licensed physician shall on conviction I ghysician in any sum not to exceed I ninetynine dollars or be imprisoned I impris-oned for a period not to exceed one i I hundred days or both such line and I imprisonment at the discretion of the court SEC 3It shall be unlawful for e any dealer in spirituous vinous or malt liquors to permit at his place of business where such liquors are sold any gaming with or withou betting by means of dominoes cards dice or other articles ever game of chance and every othe description of gaming or gambling He shall prohibit music dancing drunkenness and all disorderly conduct con-duct on his premises A violation of any of the provisions of this section sec-tion shall subject the offender to a fine in any sum not exceeding fifty dollars for each offense SEC 41 shall be unlawful to sell barter or otherwise dispose of or give away any spirituous vinous or malt liquors to any chile or apprentice without the consent ot his or her parent or guardian or to any Indian Any person violating violat-ing any of the provisions of this section shall on conviction be fined in any sum not exceeding ninety nine dollars or be imprisoned for a period not to exceed one hundred days or both such fine and imprisonment imprison-ment r l SEC 5Any person who sells oj furnishes any spirituous vinous or malt liquors to any person in the auditorium or lobbies of any theatre melodeon museum circus or caravan cara-van or place where any farce comedy co-medy tragedy ballet opera or play is being performed for public amusement amuse-ment or at any public ball and any person who employs or procures or causes to be employed or procured any person to sell or furnish any I spirituous vinous or malt liquors at such place shall on conviction be fined in any sum not exceeding ninetynine dollars or be imprisoned for a period not exceeding one hundred days or both such fine and imprisonment Sec GThe Mayor whenever in his judgment the peace good order or safety of the city of its inhabitants inhabi-tants shall require it and on Municipal Muni-cipal County or Territorialelection days Fourth of July Decoration Thanksgiving and all Territorial and National holidays may by proclamation I pro-clamation forbid the sale giving I away or in any way disposing of vinous spirituous or fermented I liquors for any given period not to I exceed twentyfour hours at anyone any-one time and any person who shall sell barter or give away any vinous spirituous or fermented liquors in contravention of such proclamation i shall on conviction be fined not to exceed ninetynine dollars
