| Show Exciting Runaway Yesterday afternoon at about 4 eclock a fine looking span of horses came tearing down the Theatre hill at breakneck speed and continued their msd career down the Stat Road > keeping near the middle of the street At the corner opposite the Theatre they struck the hind wheel of a job wagon that was laden with brittles smashing scattering scatter-ing the contents considerably and were finally brought to a halt by a general tumble and smashup in the Eighth Ward On inquiry It appears ap-pears that the tsam haa been hauling haul-ing manure from inside the Bade gate and that a litte son of Dr Sharp who was on the wagon when they started was badly hurt The wagon was a wreck and the horses badly braised |
