carry carryon on this work In order that the best and arid most economical methods might be applied in the recon reconstruction reconstruction reconstruction of this plant and its future operation a corps of Independent en engineers engineers engineers was engaged to examine and andreport andreport andreport report upon the relative merits m of or the systems of milling used in the Magna plant and that of the Arthur plant and upon the best plans for tor enlarging the capacity of ot the latter Their find findings findings ings show a decisive advantage both botha as 59 a to costs and recoveries in the meth methods methods methods heretofore and now employed in inthe Inthe inthe the Magna plant and furthermore that by adoption In the Arthur plant similar appliances and methods Its Us capacity can be more than doubled without extending the present build buildings buildIngs ings lags otherwise than to provide storage to bins for tor ore reserves proportionate the Increased
