BETTER SHOWINGS IN JARBIDGE CAMP Several Deals for Properties Are On Outlook for Greater Activity Marked improvement in the ore show showing showIng ing lug in the Bourne tunnel Is reported by b Winthrop W FIsk In his latest letter from Jarbidge to Utah associates There Is some ore In the Pick and I Shovel he says and the Pan looks well wen although no work Is being done there thereat at this time In the Pavlak a crosscut tunnel is being driven The Pavlak people are in Twin Falls FaUs today he adds to make another pay payment payment payment ment upon their bond and to receive deed for the property Two lessees are working on the Pavlak ground but none Is la at work on the Bourne the owners of ot which have haTe failed to t 7 furnish signed leases Some of those who came in to take leases on the Bourne have instead tak taken taken taken en a bond on a group of claims south of the Pick and Shovel upon which a payment was made today A deal has been closed for a group of claims on the west side of the river just above the Pavlak and parties are here looking booking over the Long Hike claims with the view of taking them over Negotiations are about closed for forthe forthe forthe the purchase of another group near the Pavlak and two small deals for tor properties in the Taylor Pocket camp have been closed Properties several miles up the river are being examined by prospective 1 purchasers It looks as though there would soon saon be much more activity here bere
