C f jj From what you have stated It appears appears ap ap- ap- ap pears that tho the magnets are weak It Is assumed that the same coil coll 13 Is used in conjunction with the tho battery batter a as with tho the magneto The trouble appears to lie He In the source of ot the current It ma may be due duo to poor collector brushes which need cleaning or replacing It is evident that the magneto U is not generating sufficient current If It you OU will Ill specify tho the kind of ot ignition used moro more detailed information can be forward for tor- ward warded ed There Is no way of ot explaining why h the tiro tire in question should not be bo as ns free from punctures on ono wheel heel as ns ason ason on the other Perhaps the tho series of or punctures was simp simply duo dUe to a run of or bad luck Thero There Is no reason wh why tho the trouble should bo be caused b by the wheel otherwise It would affect the tire which Is on thero there at present Motoring Department The Tho Herald Herald- Republican I I havo have a four cylinder touring car This car has been stored In an unheated garage all winter tho the engine not having been started since January A few da days s a ago o I started the engine and let it run for about five minutes I then shut It off and again tried trial to start It This time I found It ImI Impossible impossible im Im- I possible to turn tho the engine over oer After ACter using a great deal of or pressure on tho the crank I was able ablo to turn It over two or three times It again became un- un movable Will valuable you lease Inform me through your valuable automobile column an any reason for tor this this' The engine ran very well In January C.
