'or the taking of the vote and determination deter-mination of the question, "Shall the President and the Board of Trustees 3f the Town of Delta, Millard Coun-;y, Coun-;y, Utah, be authorized and empow-;red empow-;red to issue and sell municipal coupon cou-pon bonds of said Town of Delta in :he sum of not to exceed Thirty rhousand Dollars ($30,000) for the purpose of constructing a municipally jwned system of waterworks in and lor said Town for supplying said rown of Delta, in Millard County, Utah, with water for domestic and lulinary purposes, said Bonds to Iraw interest at the rate of five per :ent per annum, interest payable semi-annually and maturing serially n from five to fifteen years after date pf issue?"
