Anthon Bracken spent the fore part of the week here from Central. This week only, the Library will open from 2 till 5 p. m. on Saturday. Alpine McGregor and Miss Ellen Carter left last Friday for Salt Lake City. Charles H. liigelow was here Monday Mon-day on his way to Los Angeles, from the east. Edward Brooks- spent the week end here from Cedar City, where he is working. Mr. and Mrs. Merrill Dodge and family left Tuesday for Salt Lake City and Ogden. Mrs. Mary L. Rencher returned last Thursday from Provo where she spent the summer. Mr. and Mrs. P. W. Nelson have 1 returned from Kanab, where they spent the summer. I Miss Josie Bakes of Beaver was operated on Monday for appendicitis at the local hospital. Dr. and Mrs. D. A. McGregor and two sons returned home Saturday from Rochester, Minn. Is J. M. S.
