PENNIES . . , Contest Begins A Million ROUND ROBIN SPECIAL Goal For KEARNS. The state office is encouraging units in the area to participate in a project to collect one million pennies. The state is sponsoring a contest between Utah counties to see which county can raise the most pennies by September. Each club may select its own project or method for raising the money.
