Counselor Named In Stake GRANGER. Robert B. Barber is the new second counselor in the Granger stake presidency following a priest- hood session held Sunday morning. He replaces Dorwain Wahlquist who was re- leased following realignment of Granger Central stake, boundaries. Mr. Barber will serve with W. Peter Thompson, stake president and Budd M. Rich, first counselor. A resident of Granger since 1956, Barber is a graduate of Spanish Fork high. He earned a degree in chemistry from BYU and is specifications engineer at the refinery at Kenne-cott- . He served as a bomber pilot in the Air Force in WWII. Previously he served as a member of the Granger .stake high council two years, was bishop of the Granger 17th and Granger 10th wards and was in the Granger North stake presidency.
