In oblong baking dish arrange chicken, with meatier portions towards the edges of the dish. Brush with soy sauce blended with ginger. Add green peppers. Heat, covered wtih wax paper 13 to 15 minutes. Drain and let stand covered 7 minutes. Meanwhile, in 2 cup glass measurer blend cornstarch with 1 cup reserved syrup from pineapple and oranges. Heat in microwave 2 minutes, stirring once. Add fruit and pour over chicken. Heat 3 to 4 minutes if necessary. Approximately twenty more by contemporary Utahns, will be selected by jurors Sandi Fox, noted quiltmaker, teacher, curator and author, and Allen Dodworth, former director of the Art Center.' All entries must conform to the definition of the quilt being a functional item. Work must be quilted, but all techniques and methods of construction are acceptable. Entrants are limited to three entries Quilts over three years old should not be submitted. The entry fee is $5, which covers a maximum of three entries.
