Show ' Senator Claud Hirschi I Co-Authors S.B.188 ! Senator Claud Hirschi of Hurri-! Hurri-! cane last week co-authored S.B. I 188, barring from the primary election ballots candidates of any party which advocates overthrow of established governments by force, or which is affiliated directly di-rectly or indirectly with any foreign for-eign agency advocating or abetting subversive movements. The senator voted yes on S.B. 6, requiring motorists to furnish ' proofs of financial responsibility, land S.B. 82, making trespass on private lands for hunting, trap-j trap-j ping, or camping a misdemeanor. I Representatives L. B. Marsden jjr. of Cedar City, and Albert E. I Miller of St. George voted yes j on H.B. 28, providing for a miners' I hospital in connection with the state tuberculosis sanatorium and changing the name of the insti-I insti-I tution to the Utah State Sanatorium. |
