Show Wedding Dance Honors Jackson Cameron Marriage Saturday, November 25 TOQUERYTLLE, Utah The To-querville To-querville recreation hall was the setting for the wedding dance given Saturday evening, Nov. 25. by Mr. and Mrs. Harvey A. Jackson, Jack-son, honoring their daughter, Laurel Lau-rel and D. Elwyn Cameron, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ben Cameron of Las Vegas, Nevada. The couple were married during the afternoon at the St. George Temple, with Pres. Harold Snow performing the ceremony. Many relatives and friends of both bride and groom were in attendance. For the evening reception, the bride wore her wedding dress of white slipper satin. In the receiving re-ceiving line were the parents of the bride and the groom's mother. The couple were otherwise unattended. unat-tended. Miss Yvonne Jackson, sister of the bride and Mrs. Carma. Sproul, sister of the groom, were in charge of the gift room and registering regis-tering of guests, many attending from throughout the county. Following a short program, lunch was served and the remainder remain-der of the evening was devoted to dancing. The couple left Monday for a ten day honeymoon to parts urr-disclosed. urr-disclosed. . On their return, they will make their home in St. George where Mr. Cameron has employment and is attending the Dixie junior college. Both bride and groom are graduates of the lower division of the college. |
