Show Miss Rhoda Andrus And Mack Jackson Marry Here In Temple Saturday An event of local interest occured late Saturday evening at the St. George Temple when Miss Rhoda Andrus, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Andrus, and Mack Jackson, Jack-son, son of Frank Jackson of Toquerville were united in marriage. mar-riage. President H. S. Snow read the ceremony in the presence of a large number of friends and relatives from both communities. Following the ceremony immediate im-mediate family members and a few close friends assembled at the Andrus home where light refreshments re-freshments were served before the couple left for a brief honeymoon honey-moon to Sun Valley, Idaho. The bride's wedding gown was of heavy white satin with a baby yoke of seed pearls and sweeping circular train. Her corsage was of white gardenias. She was at- tended at the wedding luncheon by Mrs. Ralston Barber and Mrs. Virgil Snow, with Mr. Barber attending as best man. For her going away dress. Mrs. Jackson chose a neat tailored model in white with all white accessories. Returning from Sun Valley the couple will reside for the present at Fillmore, Utah, where Mr-Jackson Mr-Jackson is employed on the state I highway. |
