CIIILDS ILLNESS ENDS IN DEATH Carol Carpenter, seven-year-old daughter of Alfred A. and Elsie Victoria Larsen Carpenter, died Wednesday morning at 4:20 at the home of her parents following fol-lowing a two months' illness with rheumatism. Death was directly attributed to acute fever of the heart. The child was born at Bloom-ington, Bloom-ington, December 27, 1924. She attended Woodward school last year, but her illness prevented her entering this term. Surviving are her parents and the following brothers and sisters: sis-ters: Lester, Ralph, Carl, Eliza, Elva, Virginia and Pearl, and a half-sister, Mrs. Emma Mortin-son. Mortin-son. Funeral services will be held today- under the direction of the South ward bishopric.
