Show Grace H. Woolley, Former Dixieite, Dies In Idaho Luther and Arthur Hemenway of this city received word Sunday of the death in Preston, Idaho, Saturday, May 13, of their sister, Grace A. Hemenway Woolley, 73, widow of Ezra F. Woolley. She was with her daughter, Mrs. G. A. Brower in Preston, when death came. Mrs. Woolley was born May 10, 1866, in St. George, a daughter of Luther Singleton and Harriet Hodgson Hemenway. She married Mr. Woolley in the St. George Temple in 1877, and in 1893 moved to Franklin county, Idaho, (Continued on page seven) Grace Woolley Dies (Continued from first page) where they have since made their home. Mr. Woolley has been a teacher in the Onedia L.D.S. stake academy. Mrs. Woolley has always been an active church worker. The five daughters and one son who. survive her are: Mrs. Grace W. Geddes, Logan; Leah Woolley and Mrs. Thelma W. Johnson, Salt Lake City; Mrs. G. A. Brower, and Mrs. Adrienne Beck-stead, Beck-stead, of Preston, and Ezra Foss Woolley of Dayton, Idaho; also two brothers, Luther and Arthur, of St. George; 16 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She will be buried in Wasatch Lawn cemetery, Salt Lake, following follow-ing funeral services held Wednesday Wednes-day in the Dayton L.D.S. ward chapel. |
