Show The Gift of Love and The Power of a Quilt A October 19, 1999 WASATCH COUNTY COURIER Ll lt only takes one heart and a few quilts to touch the lives of many Shannon Taylor, Courier Staff On Friday, October 15, Nelda Colwell came from Roy, | Utah, to donate quilts to the female inmates who are currently located at the facility located here in Heber City. Nelda has discovered the joy and peace found in: donating her time and energy to those who could use a helping hand, and | is living proof that what goes around comes around. Nelda first got the quilt making idea when she saw a need in the Dagget County jail. She ended up making 4 over 80 quilts for the inmates of that facility.
