Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described describ-ed property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, at the County Courthouse in Vernal, Utah, on August 19, 1983 at 12: 00 p.m. of said day, for the purpose of foreclosing a Trust Deed executed by ROBERT L. PATTEN and LORETTA B. PATTEN his wife, as Trustor, in favor of VERNAL VER-NAL ABSTRACT COMPANY, COM-PANY, as Trustee, and FINANCE AMERICA THRIFT CORPORATION, CORPORA-TION, as Beneficiary, which said Trust Deed was recorded in the office of-fice of the County Recorder of Uintah County, State of Utah, as Entry No. 187509, in Book 294, at Page 473, covering real property located at 370 North 200 West, Vernal, Ver-nal, Utah, and more particularly par-ticularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 42, Plat "E" Vernal City, being part of the Northeast Nor-theast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 23, Township 4 South, Range 21 East, Salt Lake Meridian and running thence North 119.07 feet; thence East 80.56 feet; thence South 119.07 feet; thence West 80.56 feet to the point of beginning. Ordinance No. 83-16 Be it ordained by the City Council of Vernal City, Ci-ty, Utah: That the Vernal City Traffic Code, as adopted May 20, 1981, is hereby amended to included the following : Section 1. Any person who drives any vehicle in willful or wanton disregard for the safety of persons or property is guilty of reckless driving. Section 2. Every person per-son convicted of reckless driving shall be punished upon a first conviction by imprisonment for a period of not less than five days nor more than six months or by a fine of not less that $25.00 nor more that $299.00 or both such fine and imprisonment. On a second se-cond or subsequent conviction, con-viction, the person shall be punished by imprisonment imprison-ment for not less than ten days nor more than six months, or by a fine of not less than $50.00 nor more than $299.00, or by both such fine and imprisonment. In addition, the provisions provi-sions of Utah Code annotated an-notated title 41 chap-6, section 44 as amended and effective on August 1, 1983. Relating to reckless driving and all other proceedings and punishments under the Utah Code as amended and effective on August 1, 1983: are hereby adopted and become part of this ordinance. Section 3. Repealer. All former ordinances or parts thereof conflicting or inconsistent with the , provisions of this . ordinance or-dinance or of the code hereby adopted are hereby repealed. Section 4. Severability. The provisions of this ordinance or-dinance shall be severable; and if any provision thereof, or the application of such provision provi-sion under any circumstance cir-cumstance is held invalid, in-valid, it shall not affect any other provision of this ordinance or the application ap-plication in a different circumstance. Section 5. Effective date. This ordinance shall take effect on the 1st day of August, 1983.
