B Simper Funeral Services Held Here Monday Funeral services were held Monday at 11 am a.m. in the Uintah Stake Center for Eunice Malinda Bowthorpe Simper 86 80 who died Thursday of last week of natural causes Mrs Simper was born In Salt Lake LaRe County September 25 1884 to Nephi and Phylinda Reynolds Renolds Bowthorpe She was the third child in a family of ten Seven of her brothers and sisters preceded preceded preceded pre pre- ceded her in death deat SHE MARRIED Alfred Simper in the Salt Lake Temple September 12 1906 1900 They lived in Salt Lake City one year then moved to Vernal where they have since resided She was an active member of the Church having served in the Primary and Relief Society for many years MRS SIMPER in many musical activities She sang at almost every funeral in the Davis Ward for 44 years She was an ideal wife wiCe mother and grandmother and a friend and neighbor to all who knew her Survivors are her husband five rive sons and two daughters Roy Jay Lyle Mrs Harold Lorene Anderson and Mrs Ray Leah Hamson all of Vernal Vaughn of Grandview Idaho and Orin of Roosevelt Roosevelt Roose- Roose velt 21 grandchildren and 27 great great- grandchildren a brother Harold Bowthorpe Bowthorpe Bow Bow- thorpe and sister Mrs Josie Workman of Salt Lake City BISHOP MARVIN Jackson conducted the services services Oh Oh My Father was sung by a mixed quartet consisting of Dr Ray E E.
