It was recommended that $100,000 be appropriated and that this project consist of the creation and completion of a small neighborhood park at 5180 W. and 4310 S. Hunter Park requested $219,000. The recommended funding is $100,000. This project will add further improvement to the existing park at 5900 W. and 3500 S. The Kearns Tennis Courts requested $145,000 and the recommendation was for the same amount. The tennis courts at 5624 S. and 4800 W. will be renovated and upgraded. Concerned citizens made requests for four Multi-Purpos- e Centers to meet the needs of the Magna, Granger and Kearns Hunter, residents. The Steering Committee recommended that $10,000 be used to fund a study concerned with the construction e of county center to be located on the west side of the county.
