On roll call, the following Trustees, constituting a quorum, were found to be present: William G. Petuskey, Trustee and Clerk Absent: Dr. Burton F. Brasher. The Chairman stated that the meeting was called pursuant to notice for the purpose, among other things, of opening sealed bids received for the purchase of $70,000 General Obligation Water and Sewer Bonds, Series of July 1, 1961 of Keams Improvement District. The Clerk then presented an affidavit evidencing proper publication of the notice of sale of said bonds, said affidavit indicating that the notice of sale had been published in Valley View News, a newspaper published in the City of Salt Lake City, Utah, on July 6, 1961. The affidvait was approved and was ordered filed with the minutes of the meeting.
