Wo aro nono tho less proud of tho faot that Democratic Senators Sen-ators and Reproaontatlvos In the Congress Con-gress of tho United States by uncoas-ing uncoas-ing agitation, in spito of a forraldablo opposition by Republican loadors cro-atod cro-atod a publlo suntunont iu tho country which forced and compelled ft reluctant reluct-ant Republican Administration to dcolaro war.
