Notice 's hereby given that Heath Brothers by H. O. Heath, whose post office address is Salt Lake City, Utah, has made application in accordance ac-cordance with the requirements of Chapter 108, Session Laws of Utah, 1905, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1907, to appropriate seventy-five hundredths (.75) of a cubic-foot per second of water from L'bcrty Park Wells, Salt Lake County, Coun-ty, Utah.
