This building is a distinct credit to the town and may be said to be the first I I structure in the Greater Salt Lake City's achievment. It is owned by the Estate of E. P. Ferry, John J. . H Daly, and the Utah Savings & Trust Company one-third each. The bank occupies the entire lower floor I and the upper stories are rented by professional people. The building is modern in every recpect, thorough- I ly fire-proof and as one banker in the City expresses it, "about the New Yorkest thing in Salt Lake City."
