Games were under the direction of Nola Nessler and Joyce Checketts. A very entertaining program was presented under the direction of Florence Gardner. Each teacher was presented with a book. A two course luncheon was served. Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Bigler and family visited Mrs. Bigler's mother, Mrs. Florence Gardner, Friday afternoon. The Biglers were on their way to ,Beaver Dam to present a part on the program for the Ward reunion. Jeffery Bigler stayed to visit his grandmother over the weekend. The Biglers live in Salt Lake City. Mrs. Rita Anderson, Seretta Johnsen, Lilas Bywater, Thelma Jensen, Andrea Huggins and Mae Christensen attended the meeting at the Utah Power and Light in Tremonton, Friday and enjoyed a lecture by Dr. Hunter of Washington, D. C. Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Christensen named their new son, Louis A. Christensen, in Sacrament meeting Sunday. The law further requires that anyone 12 years of age or older must be properly licensed to legally take either game or trash fish on waters open to fishing. A department spokesman said the only major change ,in the 1957 licenses would be the color of the large identifying number on each one issued. Since no legislative change was made in the price of the various licenses they will remain at the same price as during 1956. Each year some 500 agents over the state serve the public in dispensing fish and game licenses.
