Garland Lions to Serve Early The annual Easter breakfast given by the Garland Lions is a?ain slated for Saturday morning from 6 o'clock until noon at the Garland Armory. Tickets will be available at the door and everyone is invited to join their friends for the breakfast. The annual Easter egg hunt is also slated for Saturday at 10 a.m. at the northeast corner of the Stake tabernacle " y I ?'"' Term Honor Roll At Junior High Listed Seventeen students of Bear River Junior High achieved straight A's in their class work for the third term of this school year. Michael 1 event. The annual hunt is a project Tremonton-Garlan- d Jay-cee- and will be held at the Library Park and the North Ball Park. The Hunt will start promptly at 10:00 a.m. with the children ages 1 to 7 years at the North Ball Park, and the 8, 9, and 10 year olds' egg hunt at the bell, chairman; Chuck Hight, director; Ed Borup, Dennis Green and Bill Chapman. Attention All Businessmen As a reminder, please have your colored Easter Eggs prepared by Friday 5:00 p.m. Please deliver your eggs either to Hepp's Sport Shop or to Carl and Don's Market. Local Garland Jaycees will conduct the annual Egg Hunt event Saturday at 10:00. Tremonton year the business men of Tremonton assured the hunters, that the Easter Bunny will have more eggs than ever for them to find. Each egg will be stamped with the name of a local merchant, who will award a prize for every egg returned to their establishments. The award was held in connection with the regular Sunday , evening service at the Tremonton Fourth Ward. Robert is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Leland Harris. Guest speaker was Howard Watt, chairman of the Eagle award committee of the Lake Bonneville council. Dr. R. B. Mason Elected V.P. By Dental Ass'n. At the Utah State Dental Convention held in Salt Lake one of City last week dentists. Dr. Reese Mason, was elected president elect of the Utah State Dental Association. This represents the distinction of being the first time in many years that a president outside the Salt 's area has been selected and the first time in 25 years that one has come from the northern district of the state. Dr. Mason has been active in dental activities in the state for several years having served on the state board of directors and president of the First District Dental Society as well as being chairman of many committees. He has practiced dentistry in Tremonton for the past 18 years, having graduated from the University of Missouri, School of Dentistry at Kansas City, Missouri. Since coming to Tremonton he has been active in church and civic affairs also. An active member of the LDS Church he has served as bishop and at the present time is a member of the stake presidency of the South Bear River Stake. Weather report Max. The identity of these persons is not known, but it is known that they are individuals who do not visit their doctors regularly. Ficklin as County Chairman and Mrs. Dean B. Bradshaw as Crusade Chairman. This year a special name has been given to the crusade by the American Cancer Society. It is "Tell Your Neighbor", and the purpose is to personalize the story of cancer and to talk to people on a face to face basis so they will understand the necessity of regular med- counselors.
