Gibbs of Portage. The couple will exchange rings and wedding vows in the Logan LDS Temple May m 7. They will be honored at a reception that evening from 0 p.m. in the Belmont Ward Cultural Hall. A program will be presented at 9:30 p.m. The bride will be attended by Sandra Chudy, a sister, as matron of honor, and maids bride's Loretta Chudy, Debbie Miller, Anita Richins and Laurie Starr. Jennifer Chudy and Sherri Starr will be flower girls. The bridewill wear a dotted Swiss gown with d empire waist h train yoke, trimmed in lace. She will carry a bouquet of miniature yellow roses, baby breath and starettes. will be Her attendents dressed in gowns of yellow and blue and will carry bouquets of yellow daisies. The bride-to-b- e is a graduate of Bear River high school and four year' LDS LDS Seminary.. She attended Utah State University and is currently employed as executive secretary at Boyce Steel Buildings in Tremonton where she has worked for the past year. The groom-to-b- e is also a graduate of Bear River high school and the Garland seminary. In high school, he lettered in football and wrestling. He was a member of the Future Farmers of America. The family moved to Ogden after his father sold the farm and Mr. Hickman attended high school there. It was in high school where he and Mrs. Hickman, formerly a Wright, met. Both attended one year of college then Mr. Hickman left to fulfill a mission to England for the LDS church. On his return, he and his wife were wed. He was employed by Safeway and was eventually transferred to Tremonton where he managed the local store. Mr. Hickman eventually gave up the grocery business and returned to the Snowville area to farm. Both Mr. and Mrs. Hickman have been active in church work. Mr. Hickman was Bishop of the Curlew Ward for 13 years and held positions in the Curlew Stake presidency. He also served as ward clerk. Mrs. Hickman has served on the Bear River Stake graduate. She was also a teacher in the Relief Society. Mr. Hickman has also been active in the community. He served as Snowville town president for two terms o and worked on the, county board for the DivJf wejfae ision of family Services tdi many years. of Box Elder high school and a four year LDS Seminary Mrs. Leona Williams The children of Leona Newman Williams will honor their mother at an open house Sunday, April 25, on her 80th birthday from 4 p.m. at the Wellsville Civic Center, 19 South 1 East Wellsville. Mrs. Williams married C. LeVon Williams on June 15, 1915 in the Logan LDS temple.
