Show Grovecrest Students Create "Pink Piggies" Kickball Team kickball league. Sager thinks it would be lots of fun for people peo-ple and they would enjoy it. Gavin thinks kickball is fun because you have to work as a team. Eleven boys at Grovecrest Elementary decided to create their own kickball team. Those young men are Ammon Sly, Kodiak Trickier, Josh Jespersen, Levi Montoya, Aidan Wiseman, Adam Norton, Nor-ton, Edwin Angel, Christian Farish, Gavin Starrer, Taylor Wilson, and Sager Walker. They all are in Mrs. Sarah Day's combined fifth and sixth grade class. They call themselves them-selves the "Pink Piggies" because be-cause Ammon brought a pink kickball to school. After talking to his teammates, team-mates, Kodiak helped design the team's T-shirt. Lance Peacock fine tuned the design and printed the T-shirts for the boys. On the front of their pink T-shirts are the team's name, a pig and the team motto "CATCH A BALL DAILY". On the back is the player's last name, number and the phrase "PIGGIES FOREVER!" FOREV-ER!" Even though the team wears their T-shirts on Tuesdays Tues-days and Fridays, they play kickball with kids from other classes every day. The boys think the Pleasant Pleas-ant Grove Community Recreation Rec-reation Center should begin a '.""""""" '" """ 1 '.' "' " '' : F"1" "M' '."'
