I.I Mr. and Mrs. Gary David Baker Mary Anna O'Neal, Gary Baker Married in Recent Rites Miss Mary Anna O'Neal became be-came the bride of Gary David Baker Tuesday evening, June 4th. R:tes were performed at the First Baptist Church with! Rev. Leland Goodman officiating offic-iating at the ceremony. Mr. and Mrs. William O'Neal, O'-Neal, 217 South Tusher, are the parents of the bride. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. David Baker, 256 E. 1st South. On the arm of her father, who gave her in marriage, the bride was elegantly dressed dress-ed in a white lace floor-length wedding gown, designed with long sleeves and chapel train. She wore a long lace-edged veil held by a seed pearl crown, and carried a bridal bouquet of tiny yellow rose buds, with satin streamers and a white covered prayer book. Maid of honor, Mrs. Carolyn Caro-lyn Lema, sister of the bride, wore a yellow crepe floor-length floor-length gown, and carried a bouquet of white carnations with mum streamers. Bridesmaids, Misses Susan Zufelt and Debbie Konkle wore identical yellow crepe street-length gowns, carrying bouquets of white carnatoins. Little Angela Lema, niece of the bride, was flower girl and wore a yellow crepe floor-length floor-length gown. She carried a basket of white carnations, and yellow mums with yellow streamers. Dick Christensen served as best man. Ushers were Kent Rowley and Eddie Baker, brother bro-ther of the groom. Stanley Baker, younger brother bro-ther of the groom, presented the ring at the altar on a white . heart shaped satin ring pillow. pil-low. The Bride's mother chose a turquoise sheath with white accessories. Mother of the groom wore a green sheath complimented with white accessories. ac-cessories. Immediately following the ceremony the newlyweds were honored at a reception in the fellowship hall of the Church. Mrs. Linda O'Neal presided over the guest book, Mrs. Bar-. Bar-. bara Lish, Miss Debbie Zorn and Miss Cindy Jackson were in charge of the gift table. Mesdames Lea Ellis, Theora lish and Joanne Lish served the traditional wedding cake, punch and coffee. Out of town guests were Mr. and Mrs. S. M. Rowley Kent Rowley and Frank. Rowley Row-ley of Monticello; Elaine Guy-man, Guy-man, Blanding; Richard Walker, Wal-ker, Grand Junctior:; Mrs. Paul Williams and Mc Frank Dix, Collbran, and Mrs. Lon;n Baysinger, Craig. Following t.h.i reception,, the couple left on a honeymoon in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. The Bride and Groom are both graduates of Grand county coun-ty high school. The groom is presently employed at Atlas Minerals. They will reside in Parkside Apartments. |
