The program entitled Portrait of a Dream is under the direction of the Relief Society, and tells the story of a long time dream of a beautiful Re lief Society building, and of the fulfillment of that dream. In the First Ward, Lisle Parker will act moderator, with Sigrid Anderson S. Spaf-ford- , taking the part Of Ec-llth Reof general president lief Society. Arch Jones will run the slide projector, and Leoan Bumingham will be the choral reader. The singing mothers will be led by Lucile King, and accompanied by Florence Christensen. In the Second Ward, Wanda Miller will act as moderator, and Larry Miller will show the slides. Fawn Simpson will take the part of President Spafford, and Bessie Jensen and Nola Cox will be the .choral readers. Anna Cottle will lead the singing mothers, and Vera Cook will accompany them. Also in both wards, women will represent Relief Society members in the foreign countries. Often these special Sunday evening programs that are presented by the organizations are not as well attended as they should be. Much time and effort goes into their preparation, and they are always very infromative and interesting. Ward presidents Norma Manning and Flora Stoddard wish to extend an ;nvitation to everyone in the wards to attend. Max Lewis had a sad experience a few nights ago. Friday night it is 12 00 midnight, to make it possible to attend school functions. Our young people between 16 and 18 sears of age have until midnight eery night. Every ward in the stake has been asked to cooperate with this time limit for keeping our young people out, and it is imjxirtant that parents take a hand in this situation as well as teachers, to keep our teen agers as safe as possible. The Youth Conference held last Sunday was especially good. Among other awards given was the sportsmanship award to Uintah M Men basketball boys. We arc real proud of them becausa good sportsmanship seems to be a habit with them. This is about the 5th time in the past 7 years. Just another reminder that the Relief Society has a special program with slides and everything, planned for this coming Sunday night. They would be very happy to have a large congregation that evening. WWe regretted the passing of asked for riches, that I might I was given poverty, that .
