Herron Sara Elizabeth Yates, the infant daughter of Dale and Allana Grames Lucille Collard HUNTINGTON Herron devoted mother, grandmother and sister was called home Feb. 3, 1986 at the age of 79. She was bom Oct. 18, 1906 in Castle Gate, to Charles Lester and Mary Annette Robbins Collard. Married Hugh M. Herron May 3, 1932. Marriage was later solemnized Yates, died Feb. 2, 1986 in Utah Valley Hospital of complications due to premature birth. She was born Jan. 26, 1986 in Provo. She is survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Dale Yates and brother, Timothy Yates, all of Price. Also survived by her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas A. Grames of Price and Mr. and Mrs. Pete Yates of Kansas City, Mo.; Lenora Kimball Madsen, away Wednesday, Ruggeri, - Academy Jan. 29, 1986 at an Ogden care center Jr., in Ophthalmology in 1944, and during his years of practice he served as a president of the Utah Board of Health and on numerous government committees and agencies. Dr. Ruggeri married Maud Downey in 1923 in Staten Island, New York. Mrs. Ruggeri died in 1950. Dr. Ruggeri is survived by a son, Wallace Ruggeri in Santa Monica, Calif.; a daughter, Downey Gould, Oakland, Calif.; a sister, Mrs. Paul Jean, Mount Vernon, New York; two grandchildren and one great-grandso- Alzhei- - of . Nl ophthalmologist, practiced from 1943 to 1975 in Salt Lake City. He died Tuesday, Jan. 28, 1986 in Oakland, Calif, where he retired in 1980. He was 90 years old. He was bom the son of Charles and Angelina Ruggeri, on May 14, 1897 in Castle Gate. He began his medical studies at the University of Utah and received his MD from the University of Pennsylvania in 1921. He practiced medicine in Price until 1939 in where he was instrumental establishing the first hospital in Carbon County. In 1939 he returned to the University of Pennsylvania for post graduate work in ophth-moloand after receiving his from Pennsylvania, he indegree terned for two years for Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia. He returned to Salt Lake City and established his eye practice in 1943. He was elected a fellow in the American r ' Charles Ruggeri, Jr. Charles Madsen K. After her marriage she lived in Price until the family moved to Bountiful in 1953. She taught in elementary schools in Price and Bountiful for over 30 years, retiring in 1974. While in Price she was very active in civic affairs. She was chosen Mother of the Year in 1953. Survived by her children, Mrs. Myrtle Anderson, Pleasant Grove; Mrs. Gial A.
