Show KoSIaday Girl Says VDo' The lovely home of Mr. and Mrs. O. C. Lambourne, 4717 Hol-laday Hol-laday Blvd., was the scene of the marriage of thir daughter, Laverne, to Gail A.' Jenkins, son 3f Mr. and Mrs. George A. Jenkins, Jen-kins, 83 H street. September 3 was the wedding day and the quiet ceremony was performed by Bishop Reese Baird. A wedding dinner followed fol-lowed for those close friends and relatives who witnessed the ceremony. The attractive bride chose a sea-blue crepe afternoon dress fashioned in the latest style with a knife-pleated skirt and long torso. Her only jewelry was a double strand of cultured pearls. She pinned an orchid corsage to her shoulder. Mrs.- Richard S. Boyer attended attend-ed the former Miss Lambourne as matron of honor. Grant Jenkins Jen-kins was best man. The couple took their honeymoon honey-moon trip by car to San Francisco Fran-cisco and are now making their home at 1S71 Thirteenth East. Mr. Jenkins is a navy veteran and is studying at the University Univer-sity of Utah. |
